At the request of a client in the food processing industry, Boulter Industrial fabricated, assembled, and installed a steel platform, complete with 3 sets of stairs and railings. To fabricate the stairs, railings and platform, we relied on a combination of plasma cutting, bending, and forming. After assembly, we began the installation of the 26X40’ platform onsite, at our client’s food processing plant in Rochester, New York.

With a combination of welding and fork trucks, carry deck and hydraulic truck cranes, manlifts, chain falls, and a laser level, we completed fabrication and installation within 11 days. Our client’s manufacturer representative supervised the installation process, ensuring we met all required standards and specifications, including ANSI standards for structural steel.
