From the East – I-90 West (New York State Thruway) to Exit 45 Rochester. I-490 West to NY 590 North at exit 21. Merge on to NY-104 East at exit 10B toward Webster. Exit NY-104 at Salt Road. Turn left heading North approximately one mile on the right side.

From the West – I-90 East (New York State Thruway) to exit 46.  Proceed on I-390 North toward Rochester. Merge onto I-590 North via exit 15 toward downtown Rochester.
