William S. Boulter
Chief Executive Officer & President

William began working on a field crew in 1988. He transitioned through the ranks and became President in 1998. Since that time he has become CEO in 2006 with the successful transition from fourth to fifth generation of Boulters. He is a graduate of Alfred State College. William’s goal is to help Boulter excel with each project it undertakes.


Michele M. Rhoda
Chief Financial Officer & Vice-President

Michele started in Boulter’s Real Estate Division in 1996. With her background in commercial banking, she was promoted to her current position as CFO in 2003. She is a graduate of Saint Mary’s College in Notre Dame, Indiana.


Karen Marsh
Vice President Human Resources

Karen has over 20 years of experience as a human resources professional in a variety of industries including manufacturing, service and technology. She is responsible for the strategic direction and day-to-day operation of Boulter’s HR Department. Karen received her undergraduate and graduate degrees from Syracuse University.


Don Luther
Operations Manager

As a Boulter’s Operations Manager, Don oversees the daily dispatch of all field employees, progress and ongoing projects and allocation of equipment. His specialties include professional commercial relocation services. His goal is to keep the crews organized in order to provide clients with exceptional service. Don joined Boulter in 2012.


Jeffrey "Chip" Smith
Project Manager

Chip specializes in steel fabrication. He joined Boulter in 1998 as an Ironworker Apprentice who then ascended through the ranks to his present role as a Project Manager in 2013. He oversees a project’s progress from the first set of bid drawings to the last bolt installed.


Jeffrey W. Spring
Project Manager

Jeffrey specializes in custom crating and packaging. Since joining Boulter in 2008, he has coordinated projects both locally and at off-site locations, from small businesses to Fortune 500 companies. Moreover, he is well versed in ISPM-15 regulations for international export.


Tom Collins
Project Manager

Tom specializes in rigging, machinery relocation, and transportation. He began his career at Boulter in 1996 as a Millwright Apprentice and ascended through the ranks to his present role as Project Manager in 2014. He helps clients set up trucking for local and interstate commerce in addition to scheduling jobs that call for certified riggers and iron workers.


Jeffrey C. Schild
Project Manager

Jeff returned to Boulter in 2014 and specializes in crane services and rigging. Because he has spent 15 years in the business, he has experience and knowledge of all levels of the construction process. His goal is to provide customers with a level of service unmatched by anyone else and to ensure his word is always good.
